Most
merchandise purchased from SWEET SOUND that is Out of Box Failure &
or Defective within 30 days of invoice is eligible for direct replacement.
Items authorized for return to SWEET SOUND must include a legible copy
of the invoice & a letter on company stationary telling what the problem
is. Other products are handled as
required by the manufacturer. This may
include: Return directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Defects that occur after 30 days are covered
by the manufacturer’s warranty.
As
a Distributor, SWEET SOUND IS BOUND BY THE RETURN POLICIES OF THE VARIOUS
MANUFACTURERS we represent. Call for specific policies. Returned
non-defective merchandise is subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. No
merchandise may be returned for a refund.
An “In House” credit may be applied for returns or toward exchanges,
based upon our receipt and inspection of returned goods.
There
is No Returns On Special Ordered Merchandise, please verify
compatibility and customer commitment before ordering these items.
Preferred
shipping method is UPS. All shipped
returns must be pre-paid by the client, and insured for the full “RA”
amount. No COD’s will be accepted at
our end. Original shipping charges will
not be refunded and is only limited to the product itself less any re-stocking
charges if applicable.
